A driver was caught on camera throwing a plastic bottle out of his van and into some bushes while he was stopped at a traffic light in Kallang.

Stomper Kelvin shared a video of the incident that occurred on Tuesday (Mar 21), at around 3.56pm.

He said: "This person conveniently finished a drink and threw the bottle into the bushes at the traffic light.

"I was actually shocked to witness this myself and didn't expect to see it.

"This is unacceptable in Singapore. Don't get me wrong. It doesn't mean it's all right to do this in other countries. It was a common scene when I was younger. But in 2023... unacceptable."
