Van driver reverses and hits car twice at Tampines carpark, then tosses licence plate onto bonnet

A van driver was caught on video knocking into another vehicle twice while reversing into a parking lot at Tampines Street 81 on Sep 11.
Footage of the incident was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

The driver is seen exiting the van after parking and walking over to the car he hit. He then bends over to pick up the licence plate he had apparently knocked off the vehicle and puts it on the car's bonnet before walking away.
