A van caught fire along Bartley Road, outside Maris Stella High School on Monday afternoon (Feb 14).
Stomper Francis alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a photo of the van engulfed in flames.
In response to a Stomp query, the SCDF said they were alerted to the fire at 5.50pm.
"The fire involved the engine compartment of a van," an SCDF spokesman said.
The fire was extinguished by SCDF using a hosereel and a compressed air foam backpack.
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Just last month, a Mercedes-Benz caught fire at the same location.
The driver and her son narrowly escaped.
