So dangerous! Man climbs out on to parapet on 7th storey to clean windows at Tampines Ave 8

Stomper D was worried by the sight of a man who was cleaning his windows by standing on the parapet outside his flat on the seventh storey of Block 879 Tampines Avenue 8.

The Stomper was passing by the block when he looked up and saw the man standing on the parapet without any safety pecaution.

"He thinks this will save money but it won't save lives," said the Stomper.
