No better place to chill? Youths endanger their own lives by sitting on 7th floor ledge of Novotel

A Stomper saw a group of youths sitting on a ledge of an outdoor area at Novotel this afternoon (May 19) at around 3.20pm. 

According to the Stomper, the group of about five to six youths were at a place on the seventh floor where the building's network antennas were located.

They were using their phones and talking to each other.

Said the Stomper with regards to what he saw:

"They were there for about 15 to 20 minutes.

"I don't know how they managed to get up there.

"What they did is very dangerous."
