How disrespectful! Resident uses national flag to cover shoe rack at Tampines St 41

A Stomper was appalled to see a resident use the Singapore national flag to cover a shoe rack outside a flat in Block 410 Tampines Street 41.
The Stomper said the flag has been used to cover the shoe rack since the last national day.
"It has been there for quite long. It is still being used to cover the shoe rack," added the Stomper.
