Two helpful SMRT staff at Tai Seng MRT Station makes Stomper's day

Stomper Mark is grateful for the excellent service that he received from two SMRT staff at Tai Seng MRT station on Sep 21.

The two SMRT employees, who were described by Mark as "a senior gentleman and a nice lady", rendered assistance to the Stomper who needed help with the top-up machine.

The staff also helped him with directions as it was his first time at Tai Seng MRT station.

"(They) even wanted to bring me to the toilet when I asked for its location", said the Stomper.

He praised their friendly and cheerful attitude and added: "When you interact with them, you know they are genuine in their assistance."
