A truck was captured on camera wobbling after it hit a car, which had its door open, at Woodlands Checkpoint's taxi stand on Nov 18 at 2.22pm.

A Stomper alerted us to a video of the incident originally posted by Facebook user Li Yuan, shared on Facebook page SG Road Vigilante.

The Stomper said: "I have never seen this before. I sent it to Stomp to remind people to be more careful when driving."

The caption of Li Yuan's post warned other users to be careful when opening the doors of their cars.

In the video, the truck is headed towards the pickup point, while a grey car stops on the rightmost lane of the road.

Just before the truck goes past the car, the front left door of the car opens.

The truck hits the door, causing it to wobble.

The truck continues past the car and stops a few metres ahead of the taxi stand.

The car turns right, with its car door still left open and then stops.

In the background of the video, a man can be heard saying in Mandarin: "Wow they have been hit.

"The passenger in the car opened the door without looking out for the lorry and the lorry just rushed past it."

He says to a woman in the car: "Didn't you hear the scratching of the car door against the lorry?"
