Top of bus damaged after crashing into shelter roof opposite VivoCity

Stomper Ming saw bus crash into a shelter's roof opposite VivoCity shopping centre at 7.11pm yesterday (Feb 18).

The Stomper was waiting to make a U-turn there when he saw the accident.

The top of the bus was damaged from the impact.

"About five people were on the second deck," said Ming.

"The bus captain took some time before going up to check on them.

"Eventually, they all got off the bus.

"The bus was going slowly at that point, so no one appeared to be injured."
