Toa Payoh resident 'almost has heart attack' after seeing kid climb over parapet

Stomper Nicholas was alarmed when he saw a child climbing over a parapet and onto a ledge at Block 169 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh on Sep 27 at about 10.15pm.

He was looking out of his own home when he saw the kid on the second floor of the block.

In a video shared with Stomp, the boy appears to be retrieving something before running and jumping back over the parapet and into a unit.

"Once I saw them I almost had a heart attack," said Nicholas.

"I hope their parents know about this and make sure to always know what your kids are doing."
