Two young boys had a near-accident with a motorist while trying to ride their kick scooters across a road at Block 59, New Upper Changi Road.
Facebook user Ng Andrew, uploaded a video of the incident that occurred at about 1.43pm on March 25.

The boy quickly stopped in his tracks, as did the driver.
He then rode off.
Andrew wrote in his post: "I hope the parents can recognise their kids. Educate the kids to stop and check traffic before crossing with their push scooter."
While some netizens have praised the driver for his quick reflexes, there are also those who said it "goes both ways", advising motorists to exercise caution and slow down at pedestrian crossings.
Parents, are you aware of what your children are doing outdoors?
