Stomper MR was disgusted when he noticed saliva, clumps of hair and even some food waste on his window ledge at Block 1 Telok Blangah Crescent.
He took photos of what he saw on Oct 25 at 3.43pm and on Thursday (Oct 29) at 5.12pm and shared them with Stomp.
Photos show clumps of hair, saliva and food waste resembling a nut on his window ledge.
"Someone living in the unit above me not only littered but also spit onto my window," MR said.
"At first it was just high-rise littering. Now, it's spitting.
"While everyone is trying to fight the Covid-19 virus, this person could be spreading the virus!"
MR shared that this has occurred many times in the past despite having no personal disputes with the block residents.
"I am very disgusted with the saliva on my window ledge," MR added.
"I have two school-going children. I am concerned about my family's health and well-being during this time."
In response to a Stomp query, a spokesman for Tanjong Pagar Town Council said: "With regards to the high-rise littering issue, we will refer the incident to the relevant authorities for their investigation and follow-up."
The spokesman added that the town council will also be serving an advisory notice to the block to encourage social responsibility.
