Teenager taken to hospital after taxi crashes into wall at Marsiling Industrial Estate

A teenager was taken to hospital after the taxi he was travelling in crashed into a wall at the junction of Riverside Road and Marsiing Industrial Estate Road 8 in the early hours of Wednesday morning (Oct 23).

Stomper Ah Boy alerted Stomp to a photo circulating online of the accident.

In the photo, the SMRT cab appears to have hit the side of a wall surrounding an industrial building.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the incident at about 12.16am.

The passenger, a 15-year-old teenager, was conscious when taken to KK Women's and Children's Hospital, a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
