The police are investigating an alleged hit-and-run incident that happened on the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) on Jan 31.

Stomper Pat alerted Stomp to the incident and is appealing for witnesses with video footage of what happened.

"A motorcycle struck the back of my car along the BKE between 7.25 and 7.28am," he said.

"The motorcyclist fled the scene after hitting the back of my car.

"As the traffic was heavy and motorcycles were moving between two lanes, I was unable to get out of the driver's seat to check on my car and obtain video footage from other vehicles behind me."

Pat's car is a white Honda Jazz and its licence plate number is SLN6306M.

He told Stomp he made a police report shortly following the incident.

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed a report was lodged and said investigations are ongoing.
