Stefanie Sun apologises after son sits on public statue, gets slammed for 'lack of class'

Singer Stefanie Sun has apologised for her son after posting a photo of him sitting on a statue at a public park. 

The photo had been criticised by some netizens for the boy’s apparent ‘lack of class', reports Lianhe Wanbao

According to netizens online, the statue which the boy was sitting on is the Chang Kuda statue located at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

In response, Sun took to Weibo to post a public apology.

Her post written in Mandarin, read: “We were overly excited and sat on the statue! Everything should be done in moderation. 

"We are sorry to have made a mistake like this. Thank you for your reminders."
