Stomper Weng Hua was pleasantly surprised when he saw three otters at the side of a canal in Boon Lay Way near Pioneer Road North junction this morning (Sep 4) at 10am.
He was on the way to his office when he came across the adorable sight.
In the video, three otters can be seen walking about at the side of a canal.
He said in a phone interview with Stomp, "I was surprised when I first saw them!"
"This is my first time seeing such a thing."
