SMRT bus captain's service and kindness is a hit with passengers

A Stomper shared with Stomp how impressed he was with the service displayed by an SMRT bus captain.

He shared he frequently encounters the bus captain when he boards bus service 913 at Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub.

"He is extremely friendly towards his commuters and ensuring they feel welcome when they board his bus," the Stomper said.

He said the bus captain always greets commuters and also reminds them politely to wear their mask if they are not wearing them.

"He is also a very kind person," the Stomper added.

"When he sees birds at the bus stop he will sound his horn to get the birds to fly off and not crash into them like what I've seen other bus captains do.

"He really cares for his commuters too!"
