Smoke billows from burning car along Robinson Road

Plumes of smoke can be seen billowing from a car along 8 Robinson Road at about 11.10pm on Saturday (Aug 31).
A Stomper contributed a photo and a video of the incident.
Smoke can be seen emitting from the car as firefighters are putting out the fire.
In response to a Stomp query, a Singapore Civil Defence (SCDF) spokesman said: "SCDF was alerted to a car fire along 8 Robinson Road at about 11.10pm on Aug 31.
"The fire was put out by SCDF using a water jet, a compressed air foam backpack and a dry powder extinguisher.
"No one was conveyed to the hospital."
