Do you have a fear of heights and tremble at the thought of looking down from great heights? If so, you should probably stay away from this glass trail at Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie, China.

The glass trail is one of the star attractions of Tianmen Mountain, which literally translates as 'Heavenly Gate Mountain'.

The glass walkway, which is slightly less than a meter wide and about 6cm thick, stands over 1400m above sea level.

According to a post on visualnews.com, the path winds around the mountain for about 60m.

Interestingly, tourists have to put on shoe covers before passing to help keep the path clean -- perhaps because it is too scary for cleaners.
