Watch how closely driver tailgates car to avoid parking charges at Suntec carpark

Stomper Yap was exiting the carpark at Suntec City when she came across a driver who followed very closely behind a car in front in order to pass the gantry without paying the fee.

Based on the date and time stipulated in a video captured by Yap, the incident took place at around 10.17pm on Oct 16. 

In the recorded footage, the driver of the white MPV is seen closely tailgating the car in front and managed to exit without paying parking charges. 

Said the Stomper: 

"It (parking fee) just costs a few dollars, yet the driver wanted to avoid. So what if the driver spent money on a new car, but can't spare a few bucks for parking fee?"
