This is why you shouldn't take a selfie while cycling

A man was riding home on his bicycle when he decided it was a good idea to take a video of himself.

In a video posted by Jukin Media, he approached some road bumps and was unable to maneuver around them with one hand.

Unsurprisingly, he crashed to the ground.

This didn't stop him from filming himself though.

He got up and focused the camera back on his face to show that he was bleeding from a cut above his eye.
