Taxi and car end up knocking down railing after colliding at Orchard Rd

A Stomper saw the aftermath of an accident that had occured at Orchard Road and Bideford Road at 7am today (Dec 3).

A taxi and a car were seen badly smashed after a collision.

The two vehicles had knocked down some railings by the side of the road.
