SUV nearly flips after sideswiping car along Ang Mo Kio Ave 8

A driver of an SUV was nearly involved in a series accident after sideswiping a car along Ang Mo Kio Ave 8 on Jul 10.

In a video posted by Roads.sg, the black-coloured SUV can first be seen travelling in the middle lane of a three-lane road.

The driver of the SUV then inched into the right-most lane, apparently unaware that he was about to hit a car that was in front of him.

Thereafter, the front of the SUV hit the rear of the car. The impact nearly caused to the SUV to flip over its left side. Fortunately however, it landed on its wheels.

The rear bumper of the car that was hit by the SUV fell off following the accident.

It in unclear what happened thereafter.
