Stomper Lin sent Stomp a video showing a young man vaping openly at a coffeeshop in full view of patrons.

In the video, the man who was accompanied by two other friends can be seen taking a puff from his vaporiser device before exhaling white smoke from his mouth.

The Ministry of Health has deemed e-cigarettes to be dangerous and illegal.

It is unclear how long he was vaping.

According to The New Paper, the ministry has said that the vapour from e-cigarettes contains cancer-causing agents, which pose a real risk to both users and bystanders.
