According to AsianTown, an obese Thai man took photos of himself before and after he underwent a painful procedure and his transformation is unbelievable.

Apart from removing fat, he also got a nose job.

After his surgery, he decided to keep to a healthy lifestyle in order to lose weight and has a proper diet and exercise regime.
