Passenger passes out drunk in taxi at Bishan Street 22

Stomper Stanley was travelling along Bishan Street 22 at around 8.15am today (Sep 22) when he saw police officers near a taxi that had stopped by the side of the road.

According to Stanley, a passenger had collapsed inside the taxi.

The Stomper asked the taxi driver what was going on but the cabby appeared stunned by the incident and did not know what had happened to the passenger. 

Stomp understands that the passenger was drunk.
