Motorcyclist mindlessly rides without helmet along Paya Labar Road

Stomper Khoo was passing by Paya Labar Road yesterday (Dec 14) when he saw a woman riding a motorbike without a helmet.

Said the Stomper: 

"It happened along Paya Labar Road, opposite Bread Talk Head Quarters (HQ) building. 

"This woman in a black and white tank top was riding a motorcycle without wearing a helmet, while other motorcyclists around her had their helmets on."

Not only is she breaking the law, but she is also making herself extremely vulnerable should anything happen.
