Is this the Singapore we know? Dirtiest drain in Block 49A Jalan Tiga

Stomper Kelvin came across a dirty scene at the drain near Block 49A Jalan Tiga, beside the carpark today (Dec 8) at 1:18pm. 

In the pictures provided by the Stomper, the drain was filled with dirty water, leaves and litter. A cigarette box was spotted in it too.  

Stomper commented on the scene,

"Dirtiest drain I have ever seen in Singapore"

"Mosquito breeding heaven" 

"People will assume Singapore is a third world country"
