Is this fair to cabby? Look what passengers who boarded taxi at East Coast left behind

Stomper Toh, a taxi driver, was left frustrated after customers he had picked up at East Coast left this sandy mess behind.

It resulted in him having to spend time to clean up the mess, which also led to a loss of income.

Toh said: "Just wanna ask LTA why taxi drivers can't choose customers.

"I pick up customers at East Coast and this is what happens.

"Who will pay for the cleaning of the taxi? A waste of taxi driver's time is also a loss of income.

"Is it fair for us as taxi drivers? There's sand all over inside my taxi and I need to queue up to clean my taxi before I can pick up customers again."
