Stomper Seow alerted Stomp to a survey circulating on the Internet that looks like it was sent by NTUC FairPrice.

The first page of the survey stated that NTUC is expanding in Singapore and would like to garner some feedback.

It was also stated that participants can receive a $500 FairPrice voucher if they took part in a one minute survey.

Sounds too good to be true? It probably is.

NTUC FairPrice has released a Facebook post with regards to the survey:

"Dear customers,

"You may have received a link to participate in this online survey (in the image below) for a chance to win SGD500 FairPrice shopping vouchers.

"Please note that this is not created or endorsed by FairPrice and we advise our customers to be wary of such campaigns.

"For more info, please call our Customer Relations Hotline at 6552 2722."

Stomper Seow also urged netizens not to particiate in it or to provide personal particulars when prompted to.
