How did this car end up on a walkway at Bukit Batok?

Stomper Shye saw a car end up on the walkway at Bukit Batok at around 8pm yesterday (Dec 24).

The Stomper was passing by that area when he saw the car on the walkway.

A photo he took shows that the car had also knocked down a sign on the grass patch near the walkway.
