Driver of SLC 4216 K drives off after knocking off car's side-view mirror on Nicoll Highway

A video posted by Yen Kang on the Beh Chia Lor Facebook page shows a red Mazda knocking off the side-view mirror of another car.
The vehicle in question bore the car plate number SLC 4216 K.
According to the post, the incident happened along Nicoll Highway on Oct 13, 6.55pm.
The video depicts the red Mazda trying to move to the middle lane but knocking off the side-view mirror of another car in the process. The driver does not stop to help.
Many Facebook users slammed the driver of SLC 4216 K for queue-cutting and his lack of signal.
