Stomper Leo spotted this "interesting" Halloween costume today (Oct 28) at around 2pm. He was at the Verge, a mall located at Serangoon Road.
The Stomper said: "I saw this couple in their Halloween costumes and it's probably part of the mall's event."
"But isn't it an offence to even carry a toy gun or rifle, let alone in a public place?" He said.
Hi Stompers,
According to the Singapore Customs website, "toy guns, pistols and revolvers" are labelled as "controlled goods" and one would need a permit before it is brought into Singapore. The law also states that toy firearms should also not be carried in public places.
