Salute to this GrabFood rider for stopping to remove road obstruction in Bishan

It is always heartening when road users demonstrate concern for others.

A Stomper was impressed and grateful when a GrabFood delivery rider stopped to remove an obstruction from the road for the sake of other road users in Bishan on Wednesday (Sep 9).

He shared a video of the cyclist gesturing at the Stomper to slow down as he veered to the right of a crossing to pick up what appeared to be a white box lying on the road.

"I wasn't able to stop and thank him because there was a car behind us," said the Stomper.

"I would like to thank him for showing care and safety for other road users.

"He is not only a GrabFood hero but also to us!

"Salute to you!"
