Reward offered for return of missing bag in Bishan -- that contains Stomper's passport

Stomper Chew is looking for a bag that he lost in the Bishan area, which contains his passport inside.

The backpack is black in colour and has birds printed on it.

"The passport is the most important thing," said Chew.
