Random cyclist throws random cloth onto car at McNair Road carpark

A man was caught on camera throwing a cloth onto a car parked in Kallang for no apparent reason.

Stomper Anonymous said the incident happened to his father-in-law's car at the carpark of Block 111 McNair Road in the wee hours of Sunday (April 18), at around 4am.

Anonymous said: "There was this man who rode a bicycle and randomly threw a cloth onto our car at the open-air carpark.

"We cannot be sure of his identity as he was masked up, but I think he might be a resident in the area."

"A police report has been filed."

In a video that Anonymous shared, a man can be seen cycling past the car and throwing a cloth onto the bonnet. He then rides off.

The Stomper added: "I'm sharing this to create awareness to car owners around the community. Who knows what will be thrown next?"
