Police looking for 22-year-old man last seen around NTU on Nov 11, at 4.30am

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 22-year-old Mr Ma Guangheng, who was last seen at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on Friday (Nov 11).

Mr Ma was last seen in the vicinity of 50 Nanyang Avenue at about 4.30am, police said.
