Police investigating accident involving police vehicle and car along Bukit Timah Road

The police are investigating an accident involving a police vehicle and a car that happened along Bukit Timah Road towards Upper Bukit Timah Road on Nov 12 at about 12.30pm.

Several Stompers alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook group page.

In the video, the police vehicle is seen travelling behind a white SUV.

The SUV suddenly stops causing the police vehicle to swerve to the left in an effort to avoid it.

Unfortunately, it hits the rear left corner of the SUV, causing debris to fly off in multiple directions before coming to a stop in the third lane.

In response to a Stomp query, a police spokesman said no injuries were reported.

Police investigations are ongoing.
