Despite personal mobility devices (PMDs) not being allowed on the roads, more and more riders have been spotted flouting the rules.

Stomper Ahgerl was travelling along Hougang Avenue 3 in a prime mover with her uncle on Wednesday morning (Oct 23), when she spotted a guy ridinging an e-scooter in front of them.

"He was travelling at more than 60kmh," she said.

In a video she shared with Stomp, the rider can be seen matching the speed of a motorcycle.

"It's because of these people I can't do proper food delivery," said the Stomper who works part-time with GrabFood.

Under the Active Mobility Act, e-scooters are not allowed on the roads.
