Pedestrian, 53, taken to hospital after accident with car at Yishun junction

A 53-year-old man was taken to hospital after an accident with a car in Yishun in the wee hours of Wednesday (March 3).

The police told Stomp that they were alerted to an accident involving a car and a pedestrian at the junction of Yishun Avenue 5 and Yishun Street 11 at 2.13am.

The pedestrian was conscious when conveyed to hospital.

Photos posted on Facebook show an ambulance and paramedics at the scene.

Police investigations are ongoing.
