Quick-thinking Certis officer who helped clear road of metal poles that fell from truck identified

Original article:

An on-duty auxiliary police officer has earned praise for clearing a road of obstacles for the sake of road users along Gambas Avenue on Thursday morning (May 27).

Stomper Masnoh shared with Stomp photos he took of the officer picking up metal trunking at about 7.30am.

"This on-duty Certis officer is wearing a cape and deserves recognition," he said.

"There were enforcement officers carrying out their duties at the traffic light near ARK @ Gambas and the 3M Building.

"A metal trunking supplier lorry didn't stop when the metal trunking fell.

"As much as [some of us] hate PMD enforcement officers, they too, have a heart and keep our roads safe."
