Omg! Look how close e-biker came to being knocked down at night

Poor visibility at night can increase the chances of a road accident, especially if one is not alert enough.

A heart-stopping video posted by netizen Kausikan Thanapathy‎ on the Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road Facebook page shows how an accident nearly occurred under such circumstances.

In the video, an electric bicycle rider was almost knocked down by an oncoming vehicle in an open space carpark.

The e-biker had suddenly appeared from behind a van that was obscuring him and into the path of the oncoming vehicle.

The rider then tried to swerve and fortunately, the other party stopped in time too.

According to a time-stamp on the video, the incident took place on July 12 at around 7.33pm, though it is unclear where it happened.
