Not sure what's stranger about this $10 note -- that it's burnt or got thrown away

Stomper Lilian made an unusual discovery at the grass patch in front of her garden at Block 511, Woodlands Drive 14 on July 6: A partially burnt $10 note.

She described the find as "unbelievable" and "shocking".

Lilian, who found the note at around 6.30pm, said: "Someone had thrown away a rolled-up and burnt $10 note.

"I couldn't believe my eyes and pointed it out to my hubby.

"He picked up the note and unrolled it to 'verify' his disbelief.

"I shared it with some friends and one of them suggested that I should share it with Stomp."
