Nissan GT-R driver loses control of car, skids and rams into Merc in CTE tunnel

A Nissan GT-R and Mercedes-Benz car were involved in an accident in a tunnel along the Central Expressway (CTE) towards the Seletar Expressway (SLE) in the early hours of Saturday morning (July 11).

The police told Stomp they were alerted to the accident at 3.32am.

Stomper Freddie alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was posted on YouTube by SG Road Vigilante.

In the video, the driver of the Nissan GT-R is seen losing control of his vehicle before skidding and ramming into the rear of the Mercedes-Benz.

In response to a Stomp query, a police spokesman said both car drivers refused to be taken to hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
