National Service Resort & Country Club investigating video of reckless bus driver after Stomp report

The National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC) is investigating an incident where its bus driver was seen driving in a reckless manner along Changi Coast Road on New Year's Day (Jan 1).

In an earlier report, Stomper Emily shared how she had seen the NSRCC bus driver overtaking a cyclist at around 9.22am.

She added: "I then jammed on my brakes to avoid him."

In a statement on Wednesday (Jan 2), the NSRCC said it is investigating the matter and would take appropriate action if the shuttle bus operator is found to be at fault.

Said the statement: "National Service Resort & Country Club had engaged the aforementioned shuttle bus to ferry members and guests to the Club.

"While we carry out our investigations to this matter, we would like to urge all road users taking the single lane access road along the Club to practice patience and gracious road behaviour for the safety of all users.

"Should the shuttle bus operator is found to be at fault, appropriate action will be taken subsequently."
