Motorcyclist with 2 helmet-less kids as pillion riders has broken so many rules

A motorcyclist was caught on camera having two young children riding pillion on his bike, both of whom were not wearing helmets.

According to Facebook page SG Road Vigilante - SGRV which uploaded a video of the incident, this occurred in Woodlands Vista on Tuesday (May 28).

In the video, two young girls can be seen riding pillion on the motorcycle.

Although the motorcyclist had a helmet on, the two girls did not.

Under the Road Traffic Act, it is an offence to have more than one pillion rider on a motorcycle.

Pillion riders have to be a minimum of 10 years old.

All motorcyclists and pillion riders are also required to wear an approved helmet.
