Motorcyclist taken to hospital after colliding head-on with car at Woodlands junction

A 22-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a Mazda 3 at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 6 and Woodlands Industrial Park E4.

The accident, which happened on Tuesday (Nov 3), was caught on Stomper Kylian's in-car camera.

In the video, the car can be seen attempting to make a discretionary right turn when he rammed into a motorcycle that was coming from the opposite direction.

The car driver can then be seen coming out of his car to check on the motorcyclist.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 9.52pm.

"The 22-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital," added the spokesman.

Police investigations are ongoing.
