Motorcyclist taken to hospital after accident with van at Yishun junction

A 28-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident with a van in Yishun on Thursday morning (March 11).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at the junction of Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Street 31 at 10.59am.

The 28-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when taken to hospital.

Stompers Sha and Richard shared photos and videos taken at the accident scene.

Paramedics can be seen taking a man on a stretcher into an ambulance.

Sha, who had heard a loud bang, said: "I hope the rider is all right."

Police investigations are ongoing.
