Motorcyclist gets hit by Mazda changing lanes on CTE, taken to hospital

A 54-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car along the Central Expressway (CTE) on Friday morning (March 8).

Stomper Lee, who recorded the incident on his dashboard camera, said: "The Mazda failed to see the motorcycle and could not stop in time, causing a collision."

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident, which occurred in the direction of the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), at 7.23am.

The motorcyclist was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in a conscious state.

Police investigations are ongoing.
