Motorcyclist does Superman stunt on BKE then brags about it in WhatsApp group chat

A video of a motorcyclist performing a dangerous stunt while riding along the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) has been circulating on WhatsApp.

Stomper Fellow Rider and another Stomper alerted Stomp to the video where the man is doing the Superman stunt.

This involves him lifting his legs off the foot rests to lie belly down on his motorcycle, with only his hands on the handles to give off the illusion that he is flying.

Stomp understands that the video was uploaded by the biker himself in a group chat together with a photo of his Aprilia motorcycle.

"I want to share this because it's very dangerous," the anonymous Stomper said.

Fellow Rider agreed:

"I was shocked to see this young chap doing a dangerous stunt on the expressway.

"The Traffic Police (TP) should do something about these riders.

"They are jeopardising other motorists' life."

Said a Police spokesman about the incident:

"Anyone with further information may come forward to lodge a police report at any Neighbourhood Police Centre/Post (NPC/NPP) so that the Traffic Police can look into the matter. Alternatively, he/she may also lodge a report via the ‘E-FEEDBACK ON ROAD USERS’ portal at http://www.police.gov.sg/epc/index.html."
